Job Requirements:

• Looking after our customers, offering excellent customer service, being polite and happy to help
• Taking food & drink orders/serving customers– applicants must over the age of 16 due to being a licenced tea room
• Preparing drinks/ice creams etc (small amount of food prep)
• Taking cash/card payments using our till systems
• Washing up, clearing tables, cleaning, and other general duties as necessary throughout the day

Applicants:

• Need to be able to use their own initiative whilst working together with colleagues
• Need to have a desire to ensure our visitors have an enjoyable experience with us
• Need to be able to keep calm and cope with large volumes of customers
• Need to have a good sense of humour!

Flexible hours available:

Saturday and Sunday 8:30am – 4:30pm (16 hours)

Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday 8:30am – 4:30pm  (24 hours)

Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (40 hours)

Happy to discuss flexible hours to fit in with caring commitments, e.g. 9am-3pm or 10am-2pm etc
