  • After your card Is issued we delete your personal details.

Making a group booking

  • Your personal information is stored on a password protected computer for 2 years after the original booking date. After which if in active it shall be deleted.

 

Telephone sales i.e special events

  • Card details for processing of payment.

  • Your card details will be destroyed immediately after confirmation of payment
  • Your personal information (not card details) is needed until a month after the last event. (This is to allow for processing of payment, event cancellations etc.)

However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website.
